A hands-on exploration in common materials and methods to create sculpture.

Through hands-on demonstrations and technique instructions, each participant will sculpt a portrait bust in clay.

Participants will design and create an ephemeral sculpture that will be installed on the owner’s prairie. All materials used will be native to the land where the piece is installed. Being ephemeral means the sculpture will change with time, following the natural process.
